1. Purpose
These terms govern the use of the meksseb.com website and registration to the waitlist for the upcoming Meksseb platform. They do not constitute a financial services contract. No investment subscription is possible at this stage.
2. Acceptance
By submitting the waitlist form, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these terms, as well as the Privacy policy.
3. Nature of the current service
The website is exclusively informational and declarative during this pre-launch phase. No financial product, no investment advice and no market operation is offered through this site.
The features described on the pages (international stock markets, local economy, real estate, from 100 MRU, Halal mode, etc.) represent product intentionsthat will take effect upon completion of the BCM approval process and the platform's launch. These features may evolve.
4. Regulatory disclosure (mandatory)
The investments that will be offered carry a risk of capital loss. Yields displayed are indicative and not guaranteed. Meksseb is neither a bank nor a guarantee fund. The platform is pending approval from the Central Bank of Mauritania (BCM). All commercial communication is conditional on obtaining this approval.
5. Acceptable use
The user agrees to:
- Provide accurate information when registering.
- Not attempt to access non-public areas of the site.
- Not perform any attack (mass scraping, DDoS, injection).
- Comply with these terms and Mauritanian legislation.
6. Unsubscribing
You can withdraw your registration at any time by writing to ceo@meksseb.com. Your data will be deleted within 30 days at most.
7. Liability
Meksseb implements all reasonable means to ensure the availability and security of the site. However, the site is provided “as is”, without warranty of uninterrupted availability. Meksseb cannot be held liable for any technical failures or interruptions.
8. Changes
These terms may be amended at any time, particularly when the official commercial phase begins. The update date is displayed at the top of the document. The user is invited to consult this page regularly.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Mauritanian law. Any dispute will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nouakchott.
Pre-launch version
These documents are a provisional version made available before the platform's official opening. They will be updated upon obtaining BCM approval and the final incorporation of Meksseb. For any questions: ceo@meksseb.com.
