1. What we collect

As part of the pre-launch waitlist, we collect only the information you submit voluntarily through the form:

• Email address (required) — to keep you informed.
• Phone number (optional) — only if you want to be reached another way.
• Area of interest (International markets / Local economy / Real estate / All).

We also collect minimal technical data tied to the form submission (IP address, browser user-agent, timestamp) for security and abuse prevention.

2. Why we collect it

• Manage the waitlist and notify you at launch.
• Send you occasional updates about project progress (BCM approval, key dates, early access).
• Understand the expectations of future users (local vs global vs real estate) to adjust our product priorities.

Your data is never sold, exchanged or made available to third parties for commercial purposes.

3. Legal basis

Processing of your data is based on your explicit consent given at registration, together with our legitimate interest in maintaining an information relationship with future users interested in the platform.

4. Where your data is stored

• Resend, Inc. — confirmation and notification email delivery (Europe Ireland region, eu-west-1).
• Google Workspace — reception of registration notifications at ceo@meksseb.com, hosted by Google.
• Render, Inc. — host of the website and the API (United States region).

All these providers operate under professional security standards and are contractually bound by confidentiality clauses.

5. Retention period

Your data is retained until the official opening of the Meksseb platform, or until your unsubscribe request if it occurs before. At opening, you will either become a user (and a new service contract will apply), or your data will be deleted within 30 days.

6. Your rights

At any time, you have the following rights:

• Access: obtain a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Rectification: correct any inaccurate information.
• Erasure: request the complete deletion of your data.
• Objection: refuse processing at any time.
• Portability: receive your data in a structured format.

7. Cookies and trackers

The meksseb.com website does not use any tracking cookie or third-party analytics tool at this stage. No browsing data is collected outside the form you voluntarily fill in.
